Your higher self is calling….will you answer?

I grew up on the wild rugged coast of Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia.  My connection to the ocean and forest inspires a deep understanding of the balance and harmony present in nature.  This connection cultivated my beliefs about the living systems that we are a part of and fueled my desire to help people grow through the power of coaching.

Because I did just that…..

Having a professional coach on my side allowed me to do the deep and transformative work of self - discovery. I realized that my biggest ally and most trusted confidant was myself. This journey led me to the Akashic Records and lucid dream practice where I access guidance that is in perfect alignment with my highest expression.

I completed my initial training in 2008 at Coach U, recognized as the first school for coaching and founding the profession.  With 1200 coaching hours under my belt I completed a second coach training program at Rayner Institute and earned a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation.  

I am a certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and have expertise in Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness, public speaking and the DISC behavioral model. My intuitive practice is grounded in solid coaching credentials and tools.
